Nestled just below the Old St Agnes Lighthouse the Parsonage Barn is set in in the stunning subtropical wider Parsonage gardens grounds but also has its own private garden within and outdoor seating and lounging area. It is located just a 2 min stroll from multiple white sandy beaches at Periglis, Per Coose, and Berge beach and less than 10 minutes walk to the island pub, cafe, gallery, restaurant, farm shop, honesty stalls, lighthouse, watersports centre and more. It boasts beautiful views down across gentle sloping flower fields and beyond to the sea and both inhabited and uninhabited islands.
Layout
The Barn is our family orientated property with large open plan lounge/Kitchen/Dining Space for gathering and socialising after a day out exploring the islands. The Barn comfortably sleeps 4 - 6 people in 2 bedrooms with 1 Superking bedroom and 1 twin bedroom there is also a double sofa bed in the living area. The bathroom has a large double sized walk in shower (toddler bath tub & potty can be provided).
Facilities included: Bath & Hand Towel per person, Bed linen provided, Fan oven with ceramic hob, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Microwave, Wifi, Flat Screen Smart TV, Hairdryer, Radio, Board games, Books, Artists hamper, Maps & Guidebooks, Kids toys & beach bits, Garden furniture, loungers and BBQ is provided (charcoal (not included) can be easily purchased at the local stores)
Additional items pre-booking required (min 2 weeks prior to arrival): Sofa bed linen and extra towels, Beach towels, Highchair, Travel cot, Toddler bed guard, Baby/toddler bath, Potty & or child toilet seat (we will endeavour to provide all of these items but at times they may be unavailable for one reason or another we advise you book them as early as possible to avoid any disappointment)
