Useful Booking Info & FAQs

Discounts are available on the following bookings:​

* Bookings of 2 weeks or more in the same property.

* Combined bookings of Crows Nest & Orchard View which can easily be combined to sleep upto 6 guests.

* Large group bookings of 6 or more guests booking 2 or all 3 properties at the same time.

We operate a waiting list, so if there's no availability for your dates, please request to be on our waiting list or follow our facebook page where we'll advertise late availability.

We are currently unable to accept pets as at the moment as we have our own toddler and rescue cat on site we will review this policy on a regular basis and advertise as accepting pets as soon as we feel it is appropriate. We thank you for your understanding.

Emily does all the emails/bookings on her own and also works almost full time as a teacher on the islands so please expect delays in us getting back to you.  Her only 'in office' day is a Tuesday. Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note we do not currently accept pets in any of our properties.
